6: J&K Bank branch network
went up to 546, when two more branches
were opened today at Kheeribal (Rambirpora)
and Ranipora in Anantnag district of
South Kashmir.
The branches were inaugurated by the
Minister for Health and Power
Development, Mr. Peer Mohammad Hussain,
at simple but impressive functions,
which were attended by large number of
people of these areas. President J&K
Bank Mr. N D Samnani along with
Vice-president Nazir Ahmed Nowshehri and
other bank officials were also present
on the occasion.
With the opening of these two branches,
the number of branches in Kashmir has
risen to 213, including 32 branches in
Anantnag district. |
