September 28: Moving ahead
with its customer-centric product base,
J&K Bank has tailored a unique product
namely "J&K Bank Commercial Premises
Finance" to meet the credit requirements
of the prospective customers who intend
to acquire properties developed by
Srinagar Development Authority (SDA) for
commercial purpose.
In this regard, J&K Bank and Srinagar
Development Authority (SDA) today signed
a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at
SDA complex Bemina Srinagar.
The MoU was signed by Mr G A Baigh, J&K
Bank Vice President and Mr. Mohammad
Aslam Laigaroo,Vice chairman SDA. Others
present on the occasion were Mr. Layeek
Ahmad jan, Incharge Financial Product
Development, J&K Bank and Mr. Basharat
(Director, SDA). Presently SDA has
offered commercial space for
shops/offices in "SANGARMAAL Complex",
M.A Road, Srinagar.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Baig said,
"This product shall not be available for
a particular site of SDA or for specific
period but shall apply to all complexes,
Apartments, etc build, developed for
commercial use and offered to public by
SDA presently or in Future."
