For & on behalf of Central Stationery Department J&K Bank Nowgam, sealed tenders are invited from Printers/Suppliers /Stationers for supply of A4 Paper as per the specifications and quantity given in annexure “A1” and on Terms and Conditions given in Annexure “A2”

Tender documents along with details of specification / terms and conditions (Annexure A1 and A2) can be had from Central Stationery Department, Nowgam Srinagar. Tender document can also be downloaded directly from below link.

The rates are to be quoted per ream for all the items. Tenders should be accompanied by Earnest Money in the shape of a CDR (of any nationalized bank/ J&K Bank Ltd) for an amount equivalent to 5% of the total quoted value of the said item to be supplied. The CDR should be pledged to Executive Manager, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir Bank ltd, Srinagar. The sealed quotations addressed to Incharge, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir bank ltd, Nowgam, Srinagar should reach his office on or before 15/04/2015 up to 4 p.m.

The tenders will be opened in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who wish to remain present for which the date shall be conveyed later on.
The successful bidder shall be required to supply any additional quantities as per the requirement of the Bank at the quoted rates for a period of one year from the date of first supply order.

For & on behalf of J&K Bank Central Stationery Department Nowgam, sealed tenders are invited from Stationers/Suppliers for supply of three lac (300000) Ball-point pens of reputed brands (2 variants of 270000 and 30000). The stationers who will submit tenders in response to this tender notice should enclose at least 5-8  sample ball-pens for which the rates are quoted. However the approval of the samples offered by the suppliers shall be the sole discretion of the bank.

NOTICE INVITING TENDER


Sealed tenders are invited on item rate basis from Eligible A Class Electrical  Contractors/OEMs for executing the Work of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250KVA Transformer with inbuilt HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR  for ONLOAD STEPLESS regulation,  450 KVAR APFC Panel and Allied Works after Dismantling Existing Equipment Installed at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd., Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar as per detail in technical bid & Schedule of Quantities mentioned in the commercial offer.


Tender documents may be downloaded from the link given below. The tender cost of Rs. 2,000/- in the form Demand Draft (D.D) Favoring President BSD  shall be submitted with the tender document in a separate envelope.


1.1.0 Submission of Tender
Bidders are required to submit their bids in the three envelope system as detailed under.


1.1.1 Envelope No.1- Tender Cost, EMD and Prequalification
The Envelope No.1 shall contain Tender Cost of Rs, 2,000/- (Rs. Two thousand only)  in the form of DD favoring President BSD  J and K Bank Payable at Srinagar which shall be non refundable & Earnest money deposit in the form of CDR/FDR of   any Scheduled nationalized Bank of Rs 1.5 lakhs pledged to President BSD, which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders on completion of work award process. This envelope shall be superscribed “ Envelope No.1 - Earnest money Deposit for “ Work of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250KVA Transformer with inbuilt HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR  for ONLOAD STEPLESSregulation, APFC Panel and Allied Works after Dismantling Existing Equipment Installed at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.”. All documents pertaining to Eligibility Criteria shall be submitted in technical bid. Those bidders who do not qualify as per NIT eligibility requirements shall be rejected and their Commercial Offer will not be opened.


1.1.2 Envelope No. 2
Envelope No. 2 shall contain technical bid (Part-A) (one set of duly stamped and signed tender document except commercial bid). Each page and correction duly signed by Bidders including tender form duly filled in with complete details and descriptions. Complete details of the equipments quoted in commercial bid with make, model no & technical brochures should be provided.
This envelope shall be super scribed “Envelope No. 2 - Technical Bid - for “ Work of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250KVA Transformer with inbuilt HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR  for ONLOAD STEPLESS regulation,450 KVAR APFC Panel and Allied Works after Dismantling Existing Equipment Installed at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.”


1.1.3 Envelope No. 3
Envelope No.3 shall contain only Schedule of Quantities (Part-B) and prices duly filled in and signed on each page by the bidder. The bidder in the Envelope shall indicate no commercial or technical condition or qualification of any sort: otherwise the tender shall be liable to be rejected. This envelope shall be super scribed “Envelope No.3-Commercial Bid- for “Work of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250KVA Transformer with inbuilt HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR  for ONLOAD STEPLESS regulation, APFC Panel and Allied Works after Dismantling Existing Equipment Installed at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.”
The commercial bid of the bidder who complies  all the technical specifications will be opened to decide the L-I. The decision of Bank in this regard shall be final and binding on the Bidders and not open to the questions or appeals.


All sealed envelopes (1, 2 & 3) should be put into an another large sealed envelope super –scribing the name of work i.e. for “Bid for Work of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1250KVA Transformer with inbuilt HT AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR ONLOAD STEPLESS regulation, APFC Panel and Allied Works after Dismantling Existing Equipment Installed at Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd.”


1.2 Sealed tenders as above will be received by the office  of Purchase Committee Corporate Headquarters, JK BANK, Srinagar up  4 : 00PM of  02/04/2015. The date and time of opening of Technical/ commercial bid shall be intimated bidders separately


1.3 Tenders received late on account of any reason whatsoever and telegraphic tenders will not be entertained. The tender not accompanied by the Earnest Money deposited by Demand Draft are liable to be rejected as NON-RESPONSIVE.


1.4 The Tenders shall be valid for a period of not less than 90 days after the date of opening of Commercial Bid (Envelope No. 3).


1.5 The Bank will not be bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

At least 10 days prior to the date fixed for last date of submission of bids, the bidder may submit in writing any tender inquiry on matters where clarifications or additional information is desired. Queries received after cut-off date will not be entertained.


1.8.a At any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the Bank may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective bidder, modify the Bidding documents by amendments which will be binding on all who are interested in bidding.
1.8.b. In order to provide prospective Bidders a reasonable time period to take the amendment, if any, into account in preparing their bid, the Bank may, at its discretion, extend the deadline for submission of bids


19. In the first stage, only TECHNICAL BIDs will be opened and evaluated. Only those bidders confirming compliance to all the terms & conditions of Tender document shall be short-listed for commercial stage.
In the second stage, the COMMERCIAL BID of only those bidders, whose technical bids are short listed, will be opened.
