1 The Jammu & Kashmir Bank invites expression of interest from reputed companies for procurement of a Applications for automating its Operations.
The J&K Bank invites EOI from interested service providers for deployment of a Fraud Risk Management Practices for its Issuing and Acquiring Debit Switch.
The system should be designed for Enterprise fraud detection and prevention with real time/near real-time online ruled based detection and prevention. The system should be configurable, self learning with the feature of rapid integration. The system should be capable of User Profiling, Velocity Checks, Blacklisting, and White listing.
The companies having the requisite expertise, solutions and capability may express their interest by responding to this EOI and sending comprehensive Solution proposals with details of solution capability and technical specifications on below mentioned address. Subsequent to review of the proposals the short listed companies shall be called to Corporate Headquarters J&K Bank for presentation of their proposed solution.
The Clarifications if any required may be sought from the below mentioned officials by e-mail on the address given below.
The offers should reach the office of the President (T&ISD) CHQ latest by 20th of Feb , 2012.

In supersession of our earlier notice inviting tenders, published on 6th Nov 2011 in local dailies, the J&K Bank invites fresh sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers/ suppliers for supply/ installation and after-sale service of furniture items for its up-coming 225-250 more Common Service (Khidmat) Centres in various parts of the J&K State. The tenders shall be accompanied with non-refundable amount of Rs. 3,000/- and refundable Earnest Money Deposit equivalent to 2% of the offer price in the shape of Bank Drafts drawn on any Bank in Srinagar (J & K) favoring Project In-charge (CSC/UID), J & K Bank Ltd. The companies who have previously participated in the tender need not to submit tender fee and EMD.

Companies participating should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 1.00 Crore.

3 For and on behalf of J&K Bank sealed fresh tenders are invited only from those Servo Stabilizer manufacturers who have an annual turnover of not less than Rupees 50 lacs (relating to servo stabilizers) for supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Servo motorized voltage stabilizers. Attached files can be downloaded from below link. The last date for receiving the tender documents duly completed in all respects is 03/02/2012.
Firms already submitted the tenders need not to submit EMD & DD again.
The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

  1. EXTENSION OF SUBMISSION DATE

The Last Day of Submission of Tender Responses has been extended up to 27-1-2012.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
  1. The Clause 9 under ISP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS has been amended and should be read as under:

 

“The turnover of the Network Service Provider for each year during the last three financial years must exceed 300 Crores. Audited balance sheet for the last 3 years to be furnished by the bidder”.

  1. Service Providers with Unified Access Service License may as well bid for the connectivity tender strictly as per the requirement and specifications mentioned in the tender document and subject to the condition that the area where services are offered by Service Providers falls within the area of operations of the service providers and they do not violate any laws / rules as defined by Regulators like TRAI / WPC / DOT etc.

i) Credit Card Processing, Authorization and Settlements with deployment/management of POS infrastructure.
ii) Card Personalization services
The solution offered should be in conformity with all the guidelines issued by various Associations like MASTER CARD, VISA, AMEX and NPCI besides being in conformity with other Regulatory requirements.

J&K Bank invites tender for Selection of Data / Telecom Service provider for Supply & Deployment of MPLS Over Managed Broadband Wireless Network Connectivity between its branches in Jammu & Kashmir State with the Nearest Network Aggregation Locations in the form of 256Kbps – 512Kbps Bandwidths with last mile on Wireless, Copper, Fiber with Ethernet Hands-off for CPE termination, for a period of three years with price review at the end of each year.
