3 For & on behalf of J&K Bank Central Stationery Department Nowgam, sealed tenders are invited from Stationers for supply of two lac (200000) Ball-point pens of reputed brands (3 varients of 50000, 50000 and 100000 units). The stationers who will submit tenders in response to this tender notice should enclose at least 8-10 sample ball-pens for which the rates are quoted. However the approval of the samples offered by the suppliers shall be the sole discretion of the bank.
Tender documents alongwith general specifications of pens / terms and conditions (Annexure-A) can be had from office of Assistant Vice President, Central Stationery Department, Nowgam Srinagar. Tender document can also be downloaded from below link.
The rates are to be quoted per unit. Tenders should be accompanied by Earnest Money in the shape of a CDR (of any nationalized bank/ J&K Bank Ltd) for an amount of Rs 40,000. The CDR should be pledged to Asstt. Vice President, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir bank ltd, Srinagar. The sealed quotations should be addressed to Asstt. Vice President, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir bank ltd, Nowgam, Srinagar and should reach his office on or before 27.05.2013 (DATE EXTENDED) upto 4 p.m.
The tenders will be opened in presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who wish to remain present for which the date shall be conveyed later on.

4 The Jammu and Kashmir Bank invites proposals from reputed companies Implementation of a Centralized & Integrated Access Control-cum-Time Attendance-cum-Visitor Management Solution in a phased manner. In the 1st Phase, Bank plans to implement the solution at its four(4) Offices viz., Corporate Headquarters M.A.Road, Srinagar (J&K), Zonal Office (Central) Kashmir, M.A.Road Srinagar (J&K), National Business Center, BKC Mumbai and Zonal Office (Central) Jammu, Rail Head Complex Jammu. In the subsequent phases this may be implemented at Other Offices /Business units country wide.
This RFP is limited to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and Bidders that are authorized by the OEM. The RFP document can be downloaded from the below link , The sealed offers offer should reach the office of Purchase Committee, Vice President (BSD) by or before 10th June 2013 (Date Extended).

6 For and on behalf of J&K Bank sealed tenders are invited only from ISO Certified Isolation Transformer manufacturers who have an annual turnover of not less than Rupees Two Crore per year for the last two years for supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Isolation Transformers .
The Firms/manufacturers of repute having impressive track record & established credentials with the reputed clientele shall only apply Tenders shall be received only in two separate Covers. Cover I containing non priced prequalification document and EMD in the shape of CDR (to be obtained from a bank none other than J&K Bank) for Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) pledged to Vice President (BSD) , Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar and Cover II shall contain price bid along with acceptance of terms & conditions and technical specifications.
The tender document can be downloaded from below link and will be received in the Office of President (BSD), Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar upto 4pm of 14/05/2013. The tender document should be submitted along with tender fee in the shape of Demand Draft (favoring President, BSD) for an amount of Rs.1000/- at the time of submitting the tender. Cover I shall be opened on the same day or the next working day. Cover II shall be opened only for those tenderers who meet our prequalification norms.

7 As the Bank is extending its customer service through various delivery channels, Bank intends to set up its own Contact Center as part of opening up an additional channel for supporting its business operations. This contact center should be purely on captive model to be setup at our Datacenter in Gurgaon with Agents in Srinagar and other Varied Locations. The vendor should setup all required infrastructure as required for operation of contact center. This contact center will be operated from Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar or any other locations as deemed fit by the Bank.
This is to solicit Proposals from Authorized System Integrators / Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to provide State of the Art Contact Center Solution to the Bank.
