NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT FOR THE PERIOD 01-01-2015 TO  31-12-2015

The J&K Bank invites sealed tenders from the interested companies engaged in the manufacture, installation, commissioning, maintenance of computer hardware like PCs,  Thin clients , Laptops, Printers, Peripherals, operating softwares like Windows all versions, iLink windows, iLink web, enterprise as well as standard version, for its business units  and offices across the country mainly in  the State of J & K. The tenders shall be accompanied with non-refundable Rs. 10,000/-  as cost of tender document and refundable Earnest money of Rs. 5,00,000/-in the shape of Bank Drafts drawn on any Bank in Srinagar (J & K) favoring J & K Bank. The interested companies must have achieved a sales turn over of Rs. 200 Crore in the sale of the Computer Systems.

Declaration  & Covering Letter should be addressed to The President, J & K Bank, Business Support Division, Corporate Headquarters, Moulana Azad Road, Srinagar J & K containing detailed instructions for and the documents to be attached with the tender

The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject in part or in full any or all the tenders received without assigning any reasons thereof.

NOTICE FOR INVITATION OF TENDER For External Electrical Works at Zonal Office Sopore

Reputed  A class Contractors who have completed the Electrical works in the last 7 years ending 31st, March 2014, with following eligibility criteria needs apply:-

a) Should have solvency from a Scheduled/Nationalized Bank, not less than 01 crore.

b) Should have an average turnover of Rs60 lacs in the last 3 financial years and aggregating to 1.8 Crores in 3 years ending 31.03.2014

c) Should have successfully completed -

i)

One similar work worth Rs. 60 lacs   in last 7 years

 

OR

ii)

Two similar works each worth Rs. 38 Lacs in last7 years.

 

OR

iii)

Three similar works each worth Rs. 22 lacs in the last 7 years.

 

Contractors with above qualifications can download forms & Tender document from below link and thereby fill in a procedure of two bid system and submit.


ENVELOPE –A

           
a) Shall contain tender document cost of Rs. 5,000/-(non- refundable) in the form of demand draft favoring Estates and Engineering Department CHQ, J & K Bank, Srinagar.
b) Shall contain a CDR worth Rs. 1.5 lacs  (Rupees One lac only) pledged to President (BSD), J&K Bank.
c) Pre-qualification form duly filled and accompanied by all requisite certificates as mentioned in the prequalification form. Acceptance of all the terms and conditions, duly stamped, filled and signed tender documents


This envelope should be clearly marked as Pre-qualification for External electrical works at Zonal Office Sopore duly sealed and stamped.


The completely filled and duly signed tender is to be submitted in the  office of Incharge Engineering Department, Corporate Headquarters. J and K Bank Ltd., Maulana Azad Road, Srinagar or Office of Zonal Head J and K Bank Jammu central Panama chowk Jammu

ENVELOPE –B:


 a)           BOQ/Financial bids in a sealed cover clearly marked as financial documents  for External electrical works at Zonal Office Sopore


Both the envelope (A) & (B) should be closed in  one envelope and marked  on top  as “Tender document External Electrical works at Zonal Office Sopore should be dropped in Tender Box on or before 2:00 PM dated 22.11.2014. Financial bid/Envelop-B of only those firms shall be opened, who qualify the pre qualifications laid by the Bank.


Bank reserves the right to reject all or any application in response to this advertisement without assigning any reason to the tenderers.
