The J&K Bank invites RFP for Information Systems (IS) Audit of Data Centre and Treasury Operations.

The objective of this RFP is solely for the purpose of selecting an original audit firm and bidder who is authorised to perform the above assignment.

This RFP seeks Bidder(s) who are committed to the Information Systems Audit business and have the capability and experience in auditing IT infrastructure  consisting of Hardware, Software, Applications, Operating Systems, Storages, event correlation and analysis etc besides other details and installations as specified in this RFP.

For & on behalf of Central Stationery Department J&K Bank Nowgam, sealed tenders are invited from reputed Printers/ Suppliers for supply of printed stationery items as per the specifications and quantity given in annexure “A1” and on Terms and Conditions given in Annexure “A2”

The rates are to be quoted per thousand for all forms etc and per unit for registers. In addition to the requirement of printed stationery items mentioned in Annexure A1 of this tender notice, the sucessful tenderers shall be required to provide these items as per any additional requirement of the bank on the quoted rates for a period of one year from the date of first supply order.

Tenders should be accompanied by Earnest Money in the shape of a CDR (of any nationalized bank/ J&K Bank Ltd) for an amount equivalent to 5 % of the total cost of the items for which the  printer/ supplier shall quote the rates. The CDR should be pledged to Executive Manager, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir Bank ltd, Srinagar. The sealed quotations addressed to  Executive Manager, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir Bank ltd, Nowgam, Srinagar should reach his office on or before 23/01/2015 upto 4 p.m..

Notice Inviting Tender For Construction Of Currency Chest Cum Office Complex For J And K Bank At Rail Head Complex Jammu, J&K

Tenders in the prescribed form is hereby invited on behalf of the PRESIDENT  (BSD) of Jammu & Kashmir Bank LTD. Srinagar, J&K. for Civil, Structural, Sanitary and Electrical development work of Currency Chest  cum office at Rail head Complex Jammu, J&K. from the contractors of repute (A Class)

  1. Estimated Cost of Work : 31.00 Cr
  2. Detailed tender document consisting of Terms and conditions, BOQ , Technical specification, general terms and conditions  etc can be downloaded from the link given below.    The tender document shall  be accompanied by a Demand Draft of  Rs20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) towards the cost of tender Document in favour of President BSD J and K bank Srinagar ,payable at Srinagar , which will not be refunded under any circumstances .The last date for the receipt of the tender document is  28.01.2015.The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.                                        
  3.  The site for the work is available.
  4. The time allowed for the carrying out of the work will be 24 Months from the date of issue of written orders to commence the work, in a phased manner as decided by the Engineer Incharge, J&K Bank Ltd., Jammu.
  5. The contractors should sign   the   tender in   places indicated and the total amount tendered should also be written in the prescribed form.
  6. The tenders shall be opened in the office chambers of President BSD, CHQ by the tender opening committee, J&K Bank Ltd.
  7. The Contractor whose tender is accepted shall execute an Agreement on Rs. 100/- stamp paper reiterating the acceptance of his Execution of work on these item rates and conditions as set forth in the contract documents.
  8. J&K Bank LTD reserves the right to reject any or all the tendreres without assigning any reason thereof.
  9. Taxes which are admissible for deduction shall be deducted at source at the rates admissible at the time of payment of the bills of the contractors.
  10. The Contractor, whose tender is accepted, will be required to Furnish by way of security deposit for the due fulfillment of His, contract, an amount equal to3% of the cost of work as security deposit in the shape of performance Bond
  11. The right of acceptance of a tender will rest with the President BSD ,CHQ, J&K Bank Ltd., Jammu. who does not bind himself accept the lowest tender and Reserves with   himself the authority to reject   any or all   the tenders received, without assigning any reason.  Any tenders in whom any of the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled or are incomplete in any respect, are liable to be rejected.
  12. Canvassing in connection with tender is strictly prohibited and the tender submitted by a contractor, who resorts to canvassing, is liable to be rejected.
  13. On acceptance of the tender, the name of the accredited representative (s) of the contractor who would be responsible for taking instructions from the Engineer shall be communicated to the Engineer Incharge, J&K Bank Ltd., Jammu.
  14. Special care should be taken to write the rates in figures, as well as in words and the total amount in figures only, in such a way that interpolation is   not possible.   The total amount should be written both in words & in figures. In the case of figures the words! R! Should be written before the figures in rupees and! P! After the decimal figure e.g. 'Rs.2.15   P' and in case of words, the word 'Rupees'  should precede  and  the word  ‘paisa'  should  be written   at   the end.  Unless the rates in whole rupees and followed by the ‘only’ it should invariably be up to decimal places.
  15. The Employer reserves to himself the right of accepting the whole or any part of the tender and the tenderer shall be bound to perform the same at the rate quoted.
  16. Sales Tax or any other tax as applicable on material or on contract in respect of this contact shall be payable by the contractor and the employer will not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect.
  17. While quoting the rate in schedule of quantities the word only should be written closely following the amount and it should be written in the next line.
  18. The tender for the work includes the Civil, Structural, Sanitary Electrical and development work as per drawings and directions of the Engineer Incharge .
  19. The tenderer shall inspect the site before submitting the tender.
  20. Any postal delay shall be on the part of the contractor & the President BSD ,CHQ J&K Bank,  will not accept the tender after due date.
  21. The intending tenderer should not in any way quote more than one rate per item of work. In case the tenderer splits the quantity of any item of work and quotes more than one rate for the same, his tenders will not be entertained. The contractors shall quote in figures as well as in words, the rates, & the amount tendered   by them. The amount for each item should be worked out and the requisite totals be given.
  22. The rates should be written clearly both in words and figures and should quote their rates on bid form covered by transparent tape with no Corrections/overwriting .Tenders written ambiguously shall not be entertained. No correction slip/verbal request for raising/lowering the rates quoted by the contractor on withdrawal of the tender shall be accepted.
