For and on behalf of Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd. sealed tenders affixed with five Rupees revenue stamps are invited from registered PWD/CPWD/MES and empanelled Bank contractors for the below mentioned work: -

The contractors who are technically suitable and financially capable and have successfully executed and completed a single building work costing not less than Rs.27.00 Lacs (twenty seven lacs) or two building works costing not less than Rs.18.00 Lacs (eighteen lacs) each in the last two years are eligible to tender. The tender documents containing the details, terms and conditions can be purchased against the cash payment of Rs. 500/= from Estates and Engineering Department, Corporate Headquarters, M.A. Road, Srinagar from 18th Feb 2010 to 06 march 2010 or can be downloaded from below link. The downloaded tender document should be submitted with a demand draft of Rs. 500/= enclosed in the envelope containing tender document for submission. The sealed tenders should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 08 march 2010 upto 2.00 P.M. The earnest money deposit in the shape of CDR shall be pledged to Vice President, BSD, Corporate Headquarters, M.A. Road, J & K Bank Ltd. The tenderers are advised to indicate on the envelope containing tender, the number and date of tender notice and the name of the work construction of “Banks Building at Tangmargh".

The tenders shall be opened on the same date or next convenient date to the tender issuing authority in
presence of contractors or their representatives who wish to be present.

The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
