RFP Notice for providing SMS Alert services to customers

J&K Bank is giving services to its customers through branches and various alternate delivery channels like ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc.  Bank has the requirement of sending various transactional and/or promotional SMS Alerts to its customers.

The Purpose of this RFP is solely for the purpose of selecting a Service Provider for providing SMS Alert services to its customers.

Solution provider has to provide easy to remember codes (long code/short code/virtual mobile number codes) for the use of J&K Bank, which can be used for providing PULL SMS services to its customer both in India and Abroad, without any extra cost to the Bank.

The bidder should have capabilities and has to send SMS to all GSM and CDMA handsets and on all telecom operators available in India and abroad without any exception.

A complete set of tender document can be downloaded from the link given below. A non-refundable fee of` 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) in the form of Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque in favour of  Bank, payable at Srinagar shall have to be attached with the bid.

The last date for receiving the completed documents is 25.12.2014 up to 5 PM.

NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ON-LINE UPS SYSTEMS

The Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. invites sealed tenders on two part bidding system from reputed OEMS of on-line UPS systems for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of on-line UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) systems at its branches/offices and ATM sites located all across country in various zones as mentioned under:

  1. Kashmir Division including Ladakh.
  2. Jammu Division.
  3. Outside J&K state

 
The companies who have maintained annual sales turnover of not less than Rs50.00 crores per year during last two years and have positive net worth need to participate. The tender documents can be downloaded directly from the link given below, the cost of which  amounting to Rs.2000/-(non refundable) shall be deposited in the form of a Demand Draft favouring Estates & Engineering Department J&K Bank at the time of submission of documents. The sealed tenders in two separate envelopes, envelope-I containing pre qualification documents, Acceptance of terms and conditions, earnest money deposit of Rs.50,000/- for each zone in the shape of CDR pledged to President (BSD), J&K Bank Ltd, CHQ Srinagar and cost of tender documents; and envelope –II containing price bid should reach to the office of Purchase Committee ,J and K Bank ,2nd Floor Corporate Headquarter Srinagar on or before 31/12/ 2014. The tenders shall be opened on next working day or any other day convenient to the Bank, by the Purchase Committee, in presence of bidders or their authorised representatives who wish to be present. Price bid of only those firms/agencies who qualify the prequalification laid by the Bank shall be opened.

Clause 16 has been redrafted as .
The company agrees that in case of its failure to abide by any of the relative clauses contained in the Agreement for the supply  period & installation of computer hardware an amount equivalent to the  1% of the order value of the concerned site will be forfeited on the expiry of  maximum Three (3)  weeks in addition to the stipulated  period 4-6 weeks for delivery & installation , beyond   the delayed period three weeks i.e. [(6+3) = Total of 9 weeks] , 5% of order value of that particular site will be forfeited.  However for total failure to deliver at any location within 12 weeks (Three month) from the date of placement of P.O ,without reasonable grounds 10% of the order value of that site will be forfeited form the   total  order value of that particular purchase order Or  from the payments due to the vendor”

 

 

 

Annexure IV

  • Page No 19:   clause 6& 9 :Hours of Service:

“Company” shall provide 10-hour (9AM to 7 PM) service 7 days a week at the sites where the COMPUTER SYSTEMS are installed. The service call would be logged at the service center or at mobile numbers as provided by the company  along with the bid document.  

The “Company” shall also keep all the modes of communication like Phone / Mobile Phone/ Fax/ E-mail available to its service Engineers & other field staff & all its Corporate & Regional offices, throughout the Country & convey the same to the “Bank”, within one week of signing of this Agreement. Attested copies of photo ids of all the concerned engineers, authorized persons responsible for the implementation of this Agreement at various levels shall be produced by them at the time of visit to the concerned site for the maintenance purpose.

The escalation matrix for the calls unattended or for other service issues shall be indicated in  separate Annexure.

  • Page No 20:   clause 9:Relocation and Shifting

The relocation / shifting of  computer component and/or computer systems shall be done by the   “Bank” at its own cost and responsibility. However Company shall supervise the de-installation and packing at the original site and reinstallation at the new sites free on cost within the state of Jammu and Kashmir, however for locations / shifting  out side J& K State bank may be  considered  for additional charges . The computer component and/or computer systems shall continue to remain within the scope of warranty / AMC for the transit period

All other terms &conditions, last date for the submission of Tender shall remain unchanged:

NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT FOR THE PERIOD 01-01-2015 TO  31-12-2015

The J&K Bank invites sealed tenders from the interested companies engaged in the manufacture, installation, commissioning, maintenance of computer hardware like PCs,  Thin clients , Laptops, Printers, Peripherals, operating softwares like Windows all versions, iLink windows, iLink web, enterprise as well as standard version, for its business units  and offices across the country mainly in  the State of J & K. The tenders shall be accompanied with non-refundable Rs. 10,000/-  as cost of tender document and refundable Earnest money of Rs. 5,00,000/-in the shape of Bank Drafts drawn on any Bank in Srinagar (J & K) favoring J & K Bank. The interested companies must have achieved a sales turn over of Rs. 200 Crore in the sale of the Computer Systems.
