NOTICE FOR INVITATION OF TENDER For External Electrical Works at Zonal Office Sopore

Reputed A class Contractors who have completed the Electrical works in the last 7 years ending 31stth, March 2015, with following eligibility criteria needs apply:-

  1. Should have solvency from a Scheduled/Nationalized Bank, not less than 01 crore.
  2. Should have an average turnover of Rs60 lacs in the last 3 financial years and aggregating to 1.8 Crores in 3 years ending 31.03.2014
  3. Should have successfully completed -

i)

One similar work worth Rs. 60 lacs in last 7 years

 

OR

ii)

Two similar works each worth Rs. 38 Lacs in last7 years.

 

OR

iii)

Three similar works each worth Rs. 22 lacs in the last 7 years.

ENVELOPE A:
a) Shall contain tender document cost of Rs. 5,000/-(non- refundable) in the form of demand draft favoring Estates and Engineering Department CHQ, J & K Bank, Srinagar.

The rates are to be quoted per Book Drawing Power Register. In addition to the requirement of printed stationery items mentioned in Annexure A1 of this tender notice, the successful tenderers shall be required to provide these items as per any additional requirement of the bank on the quoted rates for a period of one year from the date of first supply order.
Tenders should be accompanied by Earnest Money in the shape of a CDR (of any nationalized bank/ J&K Bank Ltd) for an amount equivalent to 5 % of the total cost of the items for which the printer/ supplier shall quote the rates. The CDR should be pledged to Executive Manager, Central Stationery Deptt, The Jammu & Kashmir Bank ltd, Srinagar. The sealed quotations should be addressed to President Business Support Division, Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar should his Office on or before 4.09.2015 up to 4.00 p.m.

  Expression of interest for registered valuers for valuation of Bank’s movable/immovable assets Last Date:

Expression of Interest

Expression of interest is invited from the registered valuers for valuation of Bank’s movable/immovable assets located across the country for insurance purpose. A valuer of immovable/movable property shall have to make an unprejudiced and factual valuation of any immovable/movable property of the bank which he may be required to value as per the guidelines as may be prescribed by the bank from time to time. Interested valuers may submit their expression of interest in the office of Incharge General Department J&K Bank Corporate Headquarters by or before August 31, 2015. The application form for submission of tender document can be obtained from General Department J&K Bank CHQ against the Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 2,000/-(Rupees two Thousand only) favouring J&K Bank General Department CHQ. However, the valuers based outside Kashmir can download the application form from the bank’s website and necessarily enclose a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs. 2000/- favouring General Department J&K Bank CHQ, being the cost of application form with the tender documents beside the CDR for an amount of Rs 50,000/- as earnest money


TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The valuer must be registered with the CBDT/Institute of Valuers having at least ten years work experience
  2. Valuation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the standard norms/procedure in vogue after detailed site inspection / verification of such properties as may be referred to the empaneled valuer by the J&K Bank for Valuation.
  3. The valuation shall be realistic, based strictly on physical verification at the respective sites by the authorized representative/valuers of the empaneled firm/valuer
  4. The valuer will be required to value the movable property of the bank detailed in annexure ‘A’ and the immovable property detailed in annexure ‘B’
  5. In case of any dispute the decision of the J&K Bank shall be final and binding on both the parties.
  6. Valuation in all respects should be completed within 90 days from the date of allotment.
  7. The intending tenderer should be a Registered Valuer with a single valuation cost of more than Rs.500.00 Crores in last five years.
  8. The valuation of the movable/immovable assets shall be prepared keeping in view of all the specifications/features of the property.
  9. The valuer at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work.
  10. The valuer should quote his fee on the basis of value of assets computed on percentage basis.
  11. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any tender or all tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
  12. All the tender documents submitted to the Bank must be accompanied with the CDR of Rs. 50,000/-pledged to President(BSD) Jammu and Kashmir Bank as the earnest money

However the approval/acceptance of the samples offered by the suppliers shall at be the sole discretion of the Bank.
